Moving into the dog days of August there isn't much for news relating to the range or the club. Just try to stay cool.

There was a tactical pistol class held at the range July 18-20. Things went quite well, despite the hot weather. There were 15 students attending, at least 6 of whom were law enforcement or correctional officers. Students and instructor were complimentary of the range facility, which seemed to serve their purposes well.

The August membership meeting will be held Wednesday, August 6, 7:30 p.m., in the basement of Meriwether Lewis Hall, LCSC campus.
